Job Position – Office Secretary Company Name – Instant Technology for Trading and Contracting Location – Doha, Qatar We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting and trade company.Requirements:– Qatari residency: You must have a valid Qatari residency visa.– Minimum 5 years of experience: Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar role.– Contracting and trade experience: Experience working in a contracting and trade company is highly desirable.– Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.– Hardworking and energetic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.– Creative and proactive: Ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems.Responsibilities:– Manage and maintain accurate records and files– Provide administrative support to the team– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements– Ensure efficient communication and correspondence– Perform other administrative tasks as required
