Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the LDR nursing team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Implement and monitor clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital quality standards.Support staff development through training, mentoring, and continuous education.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).Valid nursing license.Minimum 7–10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within LDR or Women’s Health.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a hospital setting within the Middle East is an advantage.Arabic Female Candidate is preferred.
