Preparing Monthly Training schedules and sending it to clients for nominations and social media postingArranging public and In House Trainings as per confirmations received.Delivering trainings effectively in classrooms and client arranged facilities/ In House.In addition to Lead Tutor IRCA Approved and delivering ISO Lead Auditor courses ; he will be also allocated for Lead Auditor roles as well in case of any emergencies.With the training inputs he will play a vital role in bringing in other related business like certification, second party audits etc.Purpose of the positionDeliver public training courses and in-house training solutions to all sector, in order to develop knowledge and skills of delegates. Typical domains (in which SGS trainings are delivered) comprise Quality Management, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Management & Sustainability Management.Mentor & qualify new and existing tutors on tutor competencies related to Quality Management, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Management & Sustainability Management.Coach new and existing tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniquesKey responsibilities and accountabilitiesEnsure that value is added to customers and their business/organisation through the delivery of SGS Academy training coursesContinually enhance the reputation and perception of SGS through excellent delivery of training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders.Mentor & qualify new and existing tutors on tutor competencies, learning styles and accelerated learning techniques. Proactively engage with SGS tutors and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the SGS Academy standards of excellence for training deliveryProvide feedback to support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process and methodologiesProvide advice on the design of training solutions (e.g. classroom training, virtual training, or hybrid modes of training delivery)Training Operations Delivery:Able to demonstrate high levels of organisational skills; ensuring all facilities, materials and equipment is to SGS Academy standard of excellenceCan deliver training to ensure compliance with Academy standards.Able to communicate effectively with delegates at all levels in order to motivate and engage them for learning.Can proactively deal with issues during training delivery and provide resolution.Demonstrate the ability to make improvements to course content based on customer evaluation feedback and training needs analysisReporting and updating the BA- Business manager on day to day training activities.QualificationsHaving a minimum experience of 5 years in a Certification body or a Training & Consulting Center for ISO StandardsMust be a graduate preferably engineer in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical or IT.Must be CQI/ IRCA Approved Lead Tutor / Lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ( Minimum 2 Standards and 3 Standards preferable)Prior experience of delivering ISO Lead Auditor Public Courses ( Minimum 5 Sessions/ Standard) and working with certification body is advantageous.Ability to coherently deliver training courses across the full spectrum of the delegate profileKnowledge of individual learning styles and how to address these through the design and development of training courses through the use of accelerated learning techniques.Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectationsTravel to other countries in the Middle East Countries to deliver training if required.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
