We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Engineer, You will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, nonexempt and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.As a Lead Engineer - Fleet Management, you will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
  • Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
  • Working together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbine and associated auxiliaries.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
