Project OverviewClient Center seeks to contract a qualified Video Editor and Motion Designer to produce and edit three (3) short videos. The project aimsto promote awareness and education of Qatari Sign Language using the Centers official animated character, Bu Hamad. The final work must adhere to the highest standards of technical quality, accessibility, and Client Centers visual identity.2.
