QUALIFICATIONS:1. Currently based in Qatar with transferable sponsorship2. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3. Proven experience in digital marketing and online sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.4. Experience in Content Creation & Writing5. Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).6. Fluent in Arabic & English (Spoken & Written).7. SEO & SEM8. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.9. Social Media Management10. E-Commerce Management is a plusKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Digital Marketing:**1. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with sales goals, including online advertising, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media.2. Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation campaigns to acquire potential customers, leveraging digital platforms and tools.3. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence, engaging with followers, and creating a strong brand presence.5. Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.**Sales:**1. Online Sales: Use digital channels to actively engage with potential customers, respond to inquiries, and close online sales.2. Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline the sales process.3. Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates and user experience enhancements.
