The Content Creator is responsible for writing, reviewing, editing, translating and updating content for UDC websites, marketing materials, social media, press releases and other platforms.
Key Accountabilities
Develop original content for company press releases, website, social media, annual report, brochures, speeches, presentations and advertising campaigns.
Create compelling headlines/slogans and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
Adhere to stipulated editorial guidelines.
Keep an archive/file of completed assignments for reference.
Translate content/documents.
Ensure correct tone, voice, clarity, flow and structure of content.
Collaborate with team to come up with fresh and creative ideas, keeping audience in mind.
Stay abreast of the latest media trends and content best practices.
Carry out and perform other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of department?s work and performance.
