Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.Educate customers on product features, benefits, indications, and proper usage.Achieve sales targets and market share growth in the assigned territory.Conduct product presentations and organize educational workshops and seminars.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, industry developments, and regulatory guidelines.Submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation accurately and on time.Adhere to industry compliance and ethical standards, including company policies and relevant healthcare regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred (entry-level applicants may be considered for junior roles).Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales techniques and customer relationship management.Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as [e.g., cardiology, oncology, dermatology, etc.].Previous experience in launching new products or working with a startup pharma company.Benefits:Competitive base salary + commissionCompany car or car allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan (401k or equivalent) Company Profile Dolphin Group, established in 1992, stands as a testament to the power of vision, collaboration, and unwavering commitment.Over the years, we have transformed from a budding enterprise to a leading conglomerate in [Qatar], with a diversified portfolio that spans across multiple sectors.
