You will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental programs, conducting safety training sessions, and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and safety consciousness among employees.Responsibilities:1.Environmental Coordination:oDevelop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.oConduct environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.oManage environmental permits and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory standards.oCollaborate with departments to integrate environmental considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.oInvestigate and resolve environmental incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.2.Safety Training:oDesign and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.oConduct safety assessments and inspections to identify hazards and risks in the workplace.oDevelop safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.oProvide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on safety-related matters.oMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training programs and initiatives.3.Documentation and Reporting:oMaintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental compliance, safety training, incidents, and inspections.oPrepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders as required.oAnalyze data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental performance and safety practices.4.Communication and Collaboration:oServe as a resource for employees regarding environmental and safety concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.oFoster a culture of environmental responsibility and safety awareness through effective communication and engagement initiatives.oCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory agencies, and contractors) to achieve environmental and safety objectives.Qualifications:•Minimum 5 years of experience in Aramco construction projects.•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environment qualification.•Aramco Approved•Certified HSE Train the Trainer.•ISO: 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 91001.•NEBOSH/IOSH certified.•Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA) and safety standards.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing environmental and safety issues.Working Conditions:•60 hours a week•Location: Qassim and Jubail, Saudi Arabia•Position is site-based hence accommodation and transportation to be arranged by the company, salary 7000-7500 SAR Basic salary, food provided by the company or food allowance•Required to join immediately, hence preferred candidates with transferable iqama.
