Job Description

Looking for the SAP Ariba Consultant who collaborates with business unit analysts, administrators, and technical resources.

  • Responsible for implementing a Ariba Procure to Pay solution, with ICS and Guided buy solution
  • Responsible for designing the complete Architecture between Ariba to CIG to SAP, both Master data and Transaction data
  • Leads Business Requirement gathering (Ariba Workbook), Blue Print preparation, Global Template for all Direct and Indirect Procurement
  • Able to animate and lead Workshops on different customer sites
  • Responsible for standardization of business process
  • Responsible to configure workflow for Shopping cart and All types of Invoice
  • Responsible to configure the Invoice tolerance for PO based, Non PO based and Credit Memo process
  • Responsible to all necessary configuration in SAP S4HANA system to send Master data from SAP ECC to Ariba through CIG
  • Responsible to all necessary configuration in SAP S4HANA system to receive
  • transactional data from Ariba to SAP S4HANA and SAP S4HANA to Ariba for Receipts, PR import (Material and Service) to Ariba through CIG
  • Responsible for all mapping out of box integration with SAP and custom fields requirement from Ariba to SAP through CIG
  • Responsible to design a solution integration for MRP requisition and Planned Order requisition import to Ariba has a requisition import solution, both Material and Service Requisitions
  • Responsible for all Master data harmonization in SAP system for P2P process and Contract process, which includes Commodity code and Suppliers.
  • Responsible for Quality assurance for Ariba solution, which includes Testing scenario?s, preparing test scripts and testing the end to end solution
  • Responsible to Conduct SIT and UAT with IT and Business users
  • Responsible for Cutover activities and hyper care support after live
  • Responsible for integration with Legacy Systems
