IGTS MoSOverall Leader for System Engineering Architecture & Design, System Release, System Compliance and Image Chain ? New Development and Life Cycle Management.

  • Drive delivery in Core System Engineering & Image Chain Areas
  • System architecture, System design and modular imaging platform for X Ray products and solutions
  • Manage the requirements engineering, risk management and Norm Compliance
  • Drive the system integration, verification & validation including the creation and maintenance of test strategy, test automation, simulation-based testing
  • Drive the Life cycle maintenance strategy for the IGT MoS products and ensure the upgradeability, maintainability & enable life cycle value creation for the business category
  • Drive Quality Norm and CONQ Targets
  • Drive Advanced Patient Safety & Quality across R&D
  • PEPF Process Owner
  • Drives Modularity, Platformization and technology roadmap
  • Drive Strategic Capabilities across organization and collaborate in cross business setting across cluster
  • Drive the predictive service, Dfs (Design for Serviceability) and Digital Twin activities for the IGT MoS business
  • Drive System engineering 4.0 together with Engineering Solutions and System Engineering COE
  • Champion for Model Based System engineering, Model based design and Simulations based testing
  • People management
  • Drive People Engagement, competence development and strategic workforce plan for the system engineering department
  • Drive Diversity, Critical Talent Management, Succession plans, be manager of managers
  • Part of global R&D leadership team and contribute to overall R&D strategy and technology policy
  • Drive External partnership management with Compliance Agencies and notified bodies to ensure product compliance
  • Manage STET Team Collaboration for LCM and Factory facing activities for System Engineering
Head of University and Clinical Partnership (External Interface)
  • Establish and manage University connect and Clinical programs & partnership for deeper collaborations in Technical and Clinical space across HIC businesses
  • Collaborate at IGT Cluster level to build clinical partnerships, drive clinical capabilities
Site Leader for IGT-Devices
  • Support People Hiring, Onboarding and Ramp-up
  • Provide Administrative Support ? Concur, Travel, Local Policy management, Seating, Lab Management etc.
  • Drive Engagement, Support Performance management & calibrate at site level
  • Drive Site level capabilities and other initiatives within the team
  • Engage with IGT-D Console R&D manager to drive long term roadmap for the site
To succeed in this role, you?ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
  • Bachelors or master?s degree in engineering with proven experience in R&D Management
  • Experienced in creating End to End products in complex domains like Medical, Aerospace, Automotive etc.
  • Minimum 15+ experience in relevant field, and at least 6 years of experience in people management
  • Demonstrated experience developing and creating strong functional teams with robust talent pipeline
  • Ability to drive across business, clusters level initiatives, manage complexities, stakeholders and drive partnership buildup with external Universities and Clinical Hospitals
  • In depth knowledge on Model Based System Engineering, Model Based Design, Analysis & Simulations etc.
  • Experienced in working with Marketing, Clinical Applications, Q&R, Operations and Procurement
  • Analytical, creative, and abstract thinker
  • Thought leader on Modular Imaging, Architecture, Serviceability and Manufacturability
  • In depth knowledge on Lean, Agile and problem-solving methodologies
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) on different levels
  • Able to drive changes across sites and cultures
