Experienced Project Director is required to lead a $500,000 USD NEW BUILD Integrated resort project in Manila.Our client is looking for an experienced Construction professional with previous experience in leading complex projects to lead an international team to deliver Manilas most ICONIC new development.- You will be responsible for driving the delivery of this new build project with multiple parcels reporting to the SVP Development.- The role with include at least 60% time on site. REQUIREMENTS: - 10 Years + experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Director- MUST not have a JUMPY Profile (You must have built a significant project)- Specific High Rise construction experience.- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
