  • Evaluate existing software development processes across the organization to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing best practices and methodologies in project management, quality assurance, and resource management.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, encompassing documentation, process mapping, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management, to identify improvement areas and implement best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop metrics for tracking process performance and report progress to management.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and address process deviations.
  • Collect and analyze performance data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of software development processes, agile framework, quality assurance, project management, software audit practices, and industry best standards.
  • Good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Know how about DevOps and Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
