Craft engaging newsletters: Work closely with the founder to understand the weekly newsletter topics, gather related content, and draft compelling newsletters tailored to our audience.
Manage email marketing: Utilize platforms such as Convert Kit, Beehive, and Mailchimp to create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns. Continuously optimize strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
Maintain social media presence: Curate content for and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging. Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
Assist with calendar management: Help manage the founders coaching calendar, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients as needed.
Repurpose content: Take existing content from various sources and repurpose it for newsletters and social media posts, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of latest trends and best practices in email marketing, social media management, and content distribution, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our strategies.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Slack, Zoom, and email/newsletter platforms.
Familiarity with email platforms such as Convert Kit, Beehive, and Mailchimp is preferred.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adopt a casual, engaging tone.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for digital marketing and audience engagement.
Previous experience in newsletter management, social media marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
