Qualification: Bachelor degree in Welding/Metallurgical or Mechanical Age: 30-40 Certification: Welding Engineering Technology from reputed institute (Welding courses in CWI/CSWIP, ASNT Level II) Experience: Oil & Gas with minimum 10 years experience in the metals and welding engineering discipline Approvals: Saudi Aramco approvals with SAP Number and CBTExperience in Saudi Aramco project as a Welding Engineer is mandatoryWell conversant and excellent knowledge of API-1104 , SAES-W-12 , B31.4 , ASME Sec IX .Minimum 4 year of experience in qualification of WPS & PQR related to CS API 5 L pipeline & piping , DSS piping. Minimum 4 years of experience in Automatic welding process for pipeline. Analyze engineering designs for welding requirements. Develop/repair procedures and assess flaws. Develop weld joint design, and welding processes. Generate welding procedures and manage welding procedure qualifications. Investigate welding-related issues to increase productivity. Lead welding activities for obtaining desired results. Oversee a team of welders / automatic welding machine operators as per the requirement. Provide technical support related to welding. Review welding processes, documentation, and procedures. Troubleshoot welding problems and provide solutions accordingly.
