On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for Outstanding Real Estate Development Manager, to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Summary:Our client is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager who will work within the Development Management team to manage the process of developing real estate projects from start to finish in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, from concept to design to execution and ultimately sale and handover.Job Duties:Manage the day-to-day activities related to assigned projects. Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle, work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project. Analyze projects status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risks and issues facing the project and suitable solutions. Make sure that assigned projects are operating within scope and within schedule, while also ensuring that functional and corporate milestones for project progress are met. Manage project costing related reporting to the project team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. Align with internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure that all project related activities are moving forward as planned, and that any irregularities are promptly reported and resolved with minimum variation. Closely interact and coordinate with relevant counterparts such as: Design Management, Technical Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Execution, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, etc. with the support of industry-leading external consultants and Subject Matter Experts. Continuously track and monitor the execution of work and report on any issues such as contractors claims, variations or scope gaps that are likely to affect the project timelines or scope of work. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree from a reputable university in a related field 5-8 years of relevant work experience Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent bilingual (English/Arabic) presentation skills and English report writing skills Motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management qualification Experience with collaboration tools Prior experience in one or more of the following business areas:
