Job Description

On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Project Finance Manager to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Our client is seeking a Project Finance Manager Job Duties:Preparation & Review of Financial Models, project information memorandum, presentations to lenders, financial analysis & debt structuring. Preparation, discussions and finalisation of term sheet Assistance in pre-financing due diligence Investor communication including presentations and press releases, Assisting in investor targeting and outreach Corporate benchmarking and competitive analysis Auditing financial model of the project for the period up to the tenure of the loan and evaluate the feasibility of repayment of loan by matrices Negotiation of financing terms with focus on debt sizing, repayment profile, covenants All activities leading to financing of projects including negotiation and completion of Term sheet and Loan Documentation. Loan documentation and keeping track of loan compliance Coordination with Credit Rating agency and obtaining credit ratings Hedging of funds in accordance with proposed receipt & payments and ensuring compliances related to hedging. Timely rollover and utilization of hedges as per the requirements Calculation and verification of all debt service requirements and ensuring timely processing of payments in coordination with finance & accounts team Preparation of MIS and power point presentation for management review Support in Statutory Auditors and preparation of annual report for all group companies. Coordinating with teams to collect required information Relationship Management with Banks Relationship management with Legal counsels, credit rating agencies. Managing consultants to the project, sharing information and coordinationMinimum Qualifications:Achievement-driven professional with Graduate + Post-Graduate Degree in Finance with minimum 8 years of experience in handling project finance Strong network within lending community, multilaterals and industry Strong interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, negotiation, communication and persuasion skills Self-starter with good time management skills, and requiring minimal supervisory type management High motivation and attention to detail Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and shoulder a high degree of responsibility
