This collaboration includes different complex entities, for example but not limited to, Ministries, Leading Funds, Governmental Companies, Commissions and Authorities, leading and international organizations.We always focus on cultivating professional relationships, networking, and attention to detail, which has greatly contributed to our success.On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Engineering director., to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Engineering directoroversee product engineering operations and ensure proper engineering procedures are followed.Job Duties:ú Reviews, revises, maintains, and implements the organizations fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures.ú Conducts inspections to identify fire, safety, and security risks; recommends and implements solutions.ú Conducts risk management audits and asset loss investigations.ú Coordinates with local law enforcement and safety staff as required to support and/or conduct investigations and prosecutions.ú Drafts and submits reports and work orders related to fire, safety, and security operations.ú Oversees the hotels safety and security operations department.ú Conducts performance evaluations for security staff that are timely and constructive.ú Reviews, revises, maintains, and implements the organizations fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures.ú Oversees parking operations, including issuing parking decals, permits, and citations.ú Conducts risk management audits and asset loss investigations.ú Coordinates with local law enforcement and safety staff as required to support and/or conduct investigations and prosecutions.ú Drafts and submits reports and work orders related to fire, safety, and security operations.ú Plans and coordinates the work of engineering staff.ú Oversees engineering staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives.ú Recruits additional engineering staff as needed.ú Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.ú Provides training and mentoring as neededú Consults with the General Manager to create long-range operating and manufacturing goals specific to the needs of the organization.ú Develops new products from concept to testing to production.ú Collaborates with the marketing department to determine the market potential for new products.ú Oversees progress and timeliness of projects.ú Reviews project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.ú Performs other related duties as required.ú Minimum Qualifications:
