Job Description

On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Engineering Director, to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Our client is seeking an Engineering Director to provide further support and leadership to our operational Engineering team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering team to successfully deliver customer requirements, on time and on budget Job Duties:Maintaining a picture of all work in progress and any issues Escalation points for projects Ensuring processes are fit for purpose and being properly used Identifying and encouraging process improvements Ultimate resolution of technical issues Developing the ability of the Engineering Leads to lead high performing teams Keeping senior management up-to-date on project delivery and progress. Day-to-day management of all operational activities. Ensure that the Customers requirements are met and that the Engineers and Project Managers are supported. Continuous development and improvement of processes.Minimum Qualifications:Successful applicants will be qualified to degree level in an Engineering related subject (electronic/electrical/systems engineering) and will have proven experience in managing a team of people. In addition to this, candidates must demonstrate detailed knowledge of embedded software development, electronic systems development, team leadership and project delivery. A relevant project management qualification would also be an advantage.
