Job Description

On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Community Director to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Community Director responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a community. They work with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone has what they need to live in an area that is safe, clean, and enjoyable. Community directors may also be responsible for developing programs and initiatives that help improve quality of life in their communities. This might include anything from organizing youth sports leagues to creating job training programs for unemployed residents. Job Duties:Working with other community leaders to develop a plan for building community organizations and improving community life Coordinating volunteers and activities that promote community involvement. Organizing events such as block parties, concerts, fairs, festivals, sporting events, and other activities that promote community spirit and bring people together Promoting programs that encourage civic engagement and help citizens become more involved in their community Helping to plan municipal activities such as public concerts, parades, and festivals to increase awareness of local government policies and services available to citizens Managing a community associations finances and maintaining records of member dues payments and other income sources Providing information about local resources and opportunities for volunteerism to community members Coordinating with local government officials to provide information about city services and programs available to residents Promoting community involvement in decision making processes such as public hearings and town hall meetings Minimum Qualifications:bachelors degree in a field such as community development, community organizing, community outreach, public administration or social work may also have a masters degree in community development or public administration. Previous supervisory experience is required. several years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles experience in leadership roles is a must Communication and organizational Skills.
