La Ch?taigneraie??Secondary School??Seeks for 1st of January 2022 or by agreement??To complete our team at the secondary school, we are looking for an experienced and well qualified??Learning Support Teacher and Coordinator??Full-time - 40 hours??Responsibilities:??? Oversee the provision of support for students with a wide range of needs in the Secondary school??? Lead and coordinate a team of specialist Learning Support teachers and assistants, in promoting and monitoring the academic welfare of students from Y7 to Y13??? Provide Learning Support for students in individual or class sessions as and when required??? Oversee and contribute the writing of student ILPs, management of SEN register, student transition from primary school and special accommodations??? Liaise and coordinate with colleagues, parents, and in-house and external specialists, such as psychologists, speech therapists etc.??? Oversee and support the Professional Development of all the members of the department??? Assist the Secondary Principal in carrying out the strategic plan of the school??? Work closely with the Director of Education in line with her strategy?
