• NDPd (Nokia Delivery Platform for deploy) Tool Setup & Support (NDPd) Professional is responsible for implementing the necessary tools and processes for a good user experience in preparation and execution of selected projects globally.
• He/ She ensures that all the necessary steps are followed and executed in project set up, tracking and delivery of NDPd for projects sites (all remote)
• He/ she is the contact for NDPd users (internal & subco?s) for matters relating to NDPd support (initial user queries and Project setup).
• Works with CoE (center of expertise) & CDE (Center for Data Engineering) on following user?s issues and resolution
• Project setup for NDPd (data collection, config of playground with & without Key Users, etc.
• Gap analysis of ?as is? workflows vs the NDPd standard workflows
• Closing gaps on workflow(s)
• Handling user initial requests prior to tickets being raised to support
• Help with creation of reporting requirements for user community and DD Mgmt.
• Interfacing with CDE (Center for Data Engineering) for reporting requests
• Contribute to the weekly implementation calls for all projects
• Coordination of NDPd preparation & implementation
• Support Key Users and Users in usage of NDPd
• He/ she is also contributor to propose changes and optimizations of NDPd processes by defining/ documenting the necessary support tools aligned with the ION DD (IP & Optics Deployment Delivery) mode of operation

Your skills and experience

• Precise and clear communication (English speaking and writing is mandatory)
• Background in tools and processes (IT, Project Management background)
• Advanced Excel level (macros)
• Understanding of Rollout management and processes is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of project management and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Organized, rigorous, analytic and ability to summarize complex information
• Computer Skills: Requires use of a computer to create standardized documents, reports or graphics using software
