PDO/DCRP approved testing engineer 5+ years experiences in testing of sub station equipment such as power transformers, Control and relay panel, HV/LV Motors and other Sound knowledge of all technical aspects of pre-commissioning and testing of all electrical systems up to transformers.Solve technical problems.Communication with subordinates clearly.Able to look ahead and anticipate problems and issues.Take responsibility for all failure and gives credit to his team for pressure.Preparation of daily reports, checklist, DSR.Coordination between crew & technical experience to manage the crew, plan the site activities.Submission of reports to HO through site manager.Managing the HSE related documents, implementations and issues with the coordination of HSE department.
