Job Description

To perform all first line activities related to the hardware and software of network nodes in order to ensure smooth operation of mobile network in line with goals and quality standards of the company.

  • Executes first line support and troubleshooting of faults occurring in all network nodes
  • Escalates high level faults to the 2nd line support
  • Regularly communicates with 2nd line support and team leader to enhance faults clearance
  • Attends Acceptance tests of new deployed nodes in the network in order to ? please specify the purpose
  • Supports and liaises with other departments to provide technical information regarding network nodes
  • Performs hardware/software preventive maintenance of all network nodes
  • Liaises with store department for spares availability and replacement
  • Communicates and updates all concerned teams on major activities performed in the network nodes.
