Operations- Ensure that all cabling work is carried out in a neat and professional way and repair all faulty connections- Ensure that termination of cables are carried out as per industry standards for cabling- Repair all faulty connections- Handling all network and telephone cabling routing, testing and commissioning the connections for new work and existing infrastructure.- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.- Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.- Resolve telephone faults, network faults and other related faults with regard to networking domain.- Document network problems and resolutions for future reference and carryout other duties as assigned by higher authority within the department.- Provide UPS, stabilizer & other cabling requirements for projects and maintenance assistance for all requesting departments with regard to LAN usage and ensure that all requirements are as per IT networking standards- Experience on IP Telephony maintenance will be desirable. REQUIREMENTS: - Fresh Two years college Diploma in Computer Application or Similar discipline.- Or Fresh Secondary School certificate with specialised certificate in similar or related field.- Experience in Network & telecommunication is an advantage .
