Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.What you will learn and contribute toThe Global Category Manager incorporates sourcing within CNS Operations Services Procurement. He/she will build the global category strategy forTechnical Support Services (Care) and System Integration (SI),get it validated by global and markets stakeholders and lead the global implementation of it with specific global and market programs. He/she will manage suppliers under the respective scope and stakeholders leading multi country or global contracts. He/she will be a transformation lever for the Markets studying current projects and proposing different models, should cost analysis and optimizations to contribute for best TCO.Main responsibilitiesHe/she will train the RPMs and act as a Subject Matter Expert in their domains and lead or support Critical and must win projects ensuring best practices are implemented. Promote and drive best practices and standardization cross markets and ensure CNS Portfolio is fully covered with sourcing solutions. Promote innovation and study different models. Understand the Market trends and forecasts risks and commodities impacts and generate business intelligence that will lead to setup CNS future opportunities to success. Develop best contracts and SLA?s templates that could be used inside the category. Develop the Category Area Working Instructions. Develop and report Management reporting dashboards. Ensures compliance with Procurement Process, SOX and other statutory requirements within own Category. - Accountable for agreed KPIs and their reporting - Works with other organizations to ensure that the material or service meets pre-determined quality, technology, supply and cost criteria. - He/she provides overall guidance of supplier activities and stakeholder engagement, plus creation or contribution to Nokia wide supplier specific Procurement strategies. - Monitoring cost tendencies.- Source plan execution from selection, negotiation, contracting, onboarding and life cycle management when applicable. - Develop and execute the category strategies in scope. - Ensures cost, availability, innovation and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution. - Executes global supplier selection alongside strategy, requirements, supplier base development and identification of new suppliers. - Responsible for efficient RFx process from selection through onboarding according to the agreed strategies when applicable. - Leading price negotiations, contract and life cycle management with suppliers when applicable. - Ensures compliance with Procurement Process, SOX and other statutory requirements within own Category. - Ensures compliance to Supplier Portfolio within own Category and in alignment RPMs also for country/project. - Liaise with RPMs for the anticipation and handling of changes based on supply market dynamics. - Manages supplier performance. - Identify, develop, and manage business relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements: - Work closely with global and Market stakeholders. - Ensures Procurement involvement in 3rd party expenditures through involvement in procurement related decisions of the key stakeholders of the assigned business area. - Act as an ambassador of correct procurement and purchasing methodologies and ensures usage of valid procurement tools/methodologies and governance models. - Ensuring that activities meet all relevant regulations and legal requirements including Supplier Base Management process and Category Area Work Instructions. - Market information and analysis. - Has good market information, analytical skills and supply market knowledge. - Ensures alignment, anticipates changes and drives activities based on supply market changes. - Working in and/or leading international cross functional teams (virtual teams). - Creating/proposing/implementing cost management measures and methodologies.- Manage internal and external governance with relevant Nokia stakeholders and suppliers.Your skills and experience-Negotiation skills -Proven experience in Procurement -Financial and business understanding -Problem solving communication and presentation skills -Decision making/strategic thinking/ Conflict Management -Project management skills -Project portfolio management -Supplier life cycle management -Working across boundaries and influencing others -Excellent market information analysis skills and supply market knowledge -Internal stakeholder management/ supplier relationship management -Procurement Tools and Processes -Leadership skills -Team player - Interpersonal skills -Fluent English -Be proactive, innovative & resourcefulWhat we offerNokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.Nokia is committed to inclusion and is an equal opportunity employerNokia has received the following recognitions for its commitment to inclusion & equality:
