This job description covers all the activities of the Technical Datateam.The Technical Data Analystis in charge of the technical data management, the related processes and tools associated with the items and categories purchased by NokiaThe Technical Data Analyst is identifying and analysing required data inputs and implementing new data and data changes in the relevant systems.Accurate maintenance of technical data and Authorized Manufacturing Lists (AML) is key to many processes like component selection, standardization (increased negotiation leverage and inventory reduction), sustainability, etc..What you will learn and contribute toWith basic knowledge of components technologies, you will collect, route, evaluate and implement changes on the technical properties of items and the authorized manufacturers lists (AML) of these items.As part of our team, you will:

• Deliver accurate and complete technical data covering:
  • New Device Requests, Environmental data (e.g. RoHS), Component Lifecycle Changes, Change Orders initiated by Component Engineers, R&D or manufacturing are typical areas for which either technical data or AML data needs to be collected, verified, changed.
  • Commodity code allocation: the data team is a centre of excellence for commodity code allocation, particularly for new component families and not mapped material families
  • Supplier Product Change Notice Management (SPCN)
  • Initial device descriptions (IDD) from suppliers, specifying key data required with respect to our components
  • Life cycle component data in order to manage proper component selections and trigger End of Life actions
  • Component model data allowing virtual product design
• Act as point of contact between different stakeholders (e.g., internal technical communities or suppliers) to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data chances

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• Technical background
  • Electrical/electronic technical background
  • Basic technical component knowledge. Being able to distinguish major component/equipment families
  • Basic level on reading and interpreting datasheets and Product changes Notices

• Very good practical knowledge of tools
  • Good practical skills for bulk data management (Excel, Access)
  • Specific Nokia tools knowledge is a plus (EnoviaPLM, GPMA, NEBA, MODIAS, P20)
• Language skills
  • English
