• Engages documentation users and technical staff to gather the required input
• Follows and contributes to the schedules and documentation plans for the features agreed with the project manager
• Reviews documents to incorporate updates, new features, technical and editorial comments
• Implements structural changes to documentation as required
• If applicable, also performs the procedure in a controlled test environment

Your experience and skills

• Graduate from a Telecommunications, Multimedia, Communication & Digital Media, or Computer Science degree is preferred
• Practical experience with a wide variety of web environments (preferably XML)
• Software tools knowhowis a plus: Oxygen Editor (XML - DITA Standard), Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Languages: English (read, write, speak) - B2 level

• High degree of independence and aptitude for technical analysis (analytical thinking and ability to synthesize)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and highly capable of juggling multiple projects all under committed deadlines
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Flexible and open to follow various instructions and adaptable to change when situation calls for it
• Ability to draft reports and technical documents
