Our client is the leading Facility Management provider in the Sultanate of Oman.?Over the past four decades they have earned an outstanding reputation with operations across the Sultanate, managing a broad range of facilities, including some of the Sultanate?s most prestigious buildings and technically-complex facilities. They have recently been awarded a project for construction and looking to expand the department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for Project Manager, You will be responsible for mechanical building services engineering design, from concept design through to construction issue and site supervision.
Major Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of maintenance staff and sub-contracted labor in their duties following distribution of all jobs for Planned and Reactive works in the trades;
Conduct routine building inspections (audits), raising any issues with the Helpdesk;
To prepare specifications for sub-contractors or staff for maintenance works;
Complete a ?Hand-over? process at the beginning and end of your shift;
Complete a daily log of activities and all Task Sheets for Planned (PPM) & Reactive Works;
Get involved in Project Work, Additional Work and Fit-Out Work, as required;
To assist in development of capital replacement programmers for plant, equipment and fabric in line with technological developments;
Support Line Manager in providing management information and reports with regard to the delivery of services;
Supervise and coordinator stock control and material inventories, maintaining systems & processes; Inform Line Manager of material requests in advance for the completion of Planned and Reactive works. Recommend surplus stock for Reactive works in line with Stock Management;
To fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Companys Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system;
To support the Companys Quality Policy ISO 9001:2008 and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.
