Our client is a leading engineering consultancy and they are currently looking to hire a Structural Engineer to be based in Oman.Duties and responsibilities:Planning, preparing, & coordinating engineering drawings and documents for schematic design, design development, and construction document submissionsCollaborating with other disciplines to produce integrated project documentsAssisting with spatial coordination between architecture and other engineering systemsAnalyzing, designing and detailing structural elements of steel, masonry, and concrete buildingsPerforming engineering calculations and ensuring the design strategy complies with codesPerforming field inspections and site condition surveysReviewing contractor submittalsRoutinely support multiple design teams (projects) and deliver with overlapping schedulesProducing quality work through the use of technology and methodologies that create innovative approaches to building design REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Civil Engineering8+ years design experience, leading projects for clients in such building sectors.Thorough understanding of structural engineering systems and advanced engineering principles/cal
