?Minimum 12 years? experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / petrochemical consultancy industry and should have worked in FEED, Detail engineering stages of the project?Some PDO / SHELL Project experience and awareness of SHELL DEP standards preferred?Should have worked on Preparation of data sheets, material requisitions, Technical Bid analysis, bid clarification meetings for API Tanks, Columns, Vessels, Heat Exchangers and packages. Should have basic knowledge of thermal design and HTRI calculations of Shell & tube heat exchanger.?Experienced in handling Process packages like Gas conditioning Units, Fuel gas skids, Boilers, Fired Heater, LPG storage spheres, Flares in coordination with other disciplines?Experienced in handling Utility Packages like Instrument air system, Nitrogen system, Fire water system, DM water plant, , water treatment plants, Chemical injection skids?Experienced in Review of vendor detailed fabrication drawings, design calculations, FEA reports, manufacturing procedures, technical queries, concession request?Experienced in equipment modification scope development and relevant code requirements?Conversant with spare part lists, special tools list, packing list and documentation for packages?Knowledge of international design codes & standards like ASME Section VIII Division 1 & Division 2, ASME Section II Part A & Part D, TEMA, API 650, API 660, API 667, NACE MR0175?Should have performed mechanical design calculations with standard software & tools like PV Elite, CodeCalc, NozzlePro, Aspen B-Jac?Should understand welding parameters and able to ensure that welding and inspection is in compliance with industry and Company codes and standards?Should be able to participate in erection study of critical equipment, 3D model review Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
