Sr. Sales Engineer-HVAC urgently required for Oman1. Achieve sales goals and target2. Develop the market for the Brand with Consultants, Contractors and Developers.3. Build the Enquiry back log and materialization to sales award.4. Obtain manufacturers’ certifications or training required to perform job functions,5. Achieve booking and billing monthly.6. Meeting with the sales management team weekly to present accurate reports;7. Maintain frequent communication with management.8. Driving revenue and conversion9. Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.10. Obtain approvals from the ministry.11. Execute all company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.12. Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times.13. Read architectural and mechanical drawings and determine proper HVAC locations for new construction and remodel projects.14. Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc.;15. Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.16. Develop and maintain vendor relations.17. Coordinate and execute shop drawings, submittals, and approvals.18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.19.
