Support new customer project on-boarding/integration into global shared alarming tool environment on global basis? Resolving incidents reported by e.g. user or monitoring tools within a given time frame? Interact with the CNS User communityDevelop correlation/enrichment triggers and tools? Develop correlation/enrichment triggers and tool? Alignment with development team and external vendors? Complete NOI Installation/Upgrade/Configuration.Your skills and experienceYou have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years? experience in IT&C
  • Basic Unix/Linux experience (e.g. login, navigate directory/file structure, view log files, transfer and extract log files etc.)
  • Advanced SQL & Basic JAVA
  • Basic software testing experience with TcpDump, TCPIP, HTML, XML
  • Preparing test summary reports
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownerships in driving issues/tasks to closure.
  • Should have capability to play the independent contributor as well as team player role
Softskills
  • Very good communication skills (oral & written), Good collaboration and business skills normally required to perform complex team-oriented tasks
  • Should be good team player
  • Should be ready to work in flexible work timings/time zones to serve customer across regions
  • Should be proactive and collaborate with cross functional teams and drive issues to closur
