Plan, schedule and manage entire Contractors service organisation in the interior. This includes work activities/schedules and staff working/leave plansEnsure all injection skids are having sufficient chemical and do not run dry before scheduled next delivery. Report all shortfalls to Senior Service EngineerPerform as focal point in SAP management of contract for his area.Manage HSE aspects of all field activities associated with this contract as per Section C9, HSE SpecificationsHe shall contribute in the monthly basis Safety Reports as detailed in the Procedures for Contractors.Manage activities of Maintenance crews and Field Chemist crews in the fieldHe shall produce daily/weekly reports to CSRs and contribute to monthly /annual reportsWork Schedule28/28 days (28 days ON & 28 days OFF) REQUIREMENTS: Candidate Nationality:Any but Omani are preferableQualifications:Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Experience:A minimum of 5 years managing/planning/HSE related experience in the Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industries, preferably within an Operation and Maintenance environment. Experience working with SAP or similar planning system is also required for this position (3 years work experience shall be acceptable for Omani nationals).
