The development and the delivery of training solutions to customers and employees, grouped under PTLS (Product and Technology Learning Solutions) is organised regionally and per domains (NI, CNS, MN) It is composed of highly skilled subject matter experts, both technically, as well as pedagogically. Our team members have the unique possibility of blending their technical and soft skills with interacting people from different cultures and geographical areas, through face-to-face and/or virtual training sessions.What you will learn and contribute toTheSenior/Specialist Trainer, positioned within NokiaEDUs Learning Services Strategy & Deployment team, is responsibility for the delivery of customer, partners and employee technical training.

• Delivers intermediate and advanced level learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods to internal and external customers
• Contributes for updating learning solutions materials in their own product/technology area
• Constantly supports the improvement of the quality of learning solutions
• Supports test bed configuration from trainer?s point of view.

Your skills and experienceMust have:

• Technical background (technical studies or technical experience)
• IP certifications (Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, etc) or working on IP products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Learning mindset
• Strong written and verbal language skills in English
• Availability to travel 25% of working time

Nice to have:

• Technical experience onNOKIAs IP Networkproducts (SROS) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
