About Cloud & Network ServicesCloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia?s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.As a Senior Software Developeryou will play key role in developing and maintaining our CNS business hosted tools and platforms to support our digital transformation.Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Develop, deploy, integrate, and maintain our project management platform. Working closely with all relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions considering dependencies and implications to design, code, configuration, security, data integrity, performance and solution lifecycle.
  • Operate in a continuous delivery environment producing high-quality functions ready for production environment. Delivery function integration includes system setup, configuration, and testing of changes.
  • Ensure that PMAT Platform remains aligned with the Nokia enterprise architecture, cyber security and data governance access policies. Accountable for delivery function security assessment, data governance compliance and any needed resolutions prior to use phase.
  • Work with support teams to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve PMAT issues in existing solution.
  • Challenge function requirement changes from 3rdparty vendor and ensure implementation follows simple usable designs that meet business needs while balancing with low cost of ownership.
  • Maintain best development practices fortechnical design, solution development, system configuration, documentation, issue identification/resolution, and simple modular design.
  • Participate in self-organized Agile development team following IT PM practices for program/project delivery according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Create and maintain documentation for end users as well as documents for internal use. Produce training materials and support training needs that support PMAT platform modifications
Key Competencies? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science and multi-years of experience in related fields? advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Core, SQL with emphasis on front end development such as Blazor.? 2+ Years experience in Azure cloud environment with emphasis on Azure web services? Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Vault, Microsoft Power Platform & MS Graph.? 2+ years experience in Power BI platform with good knowledge of DAX syntax.? Focus on integrating custom solutions, with active contribution to architecture and implementation? strong conceptual thinker, able to mediate and facilitate conceptual discussions to transform them in actionable designs? ability to apply new developments and insights in your day to day job? interest in domains like IT service management, data center operations and cyber security are expectedAdditional Information
