With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).Your team will be: MN RBC EUROPE -Project Delivery -Project Engineering -Network Planning and OptimizationWhat you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Understanding customer?s network performance and supporting optimization activities to tune the RF network for better performance/quality and capacity utilization. KPI monitoring at project / regional level and periodical study in order to improve customer?s network performance. Analysing the KPI / counters and performance statistics to identify issues, solve complex problems.
  • Studying and proposing proactive measures to prevent performance degradations and customer complaints. Covering tasks such as performance audits, quality and capacity optimization, parameter planning, network feature testing and introduction in the network, network statistics analysis, troubleshooting and performance/capacity management.
  • Independently developing RF optimization plans/solutions, features and field tests (e.g. drive tests, indoor measurements, etc?). Prioritizing RF optimization activities to address the most critical ones based on customer, end-user and Nokia business impact.
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in 2G/3G/4G RF network planning and optimisation activities.In-depth knowledge and expertise in Nokia 2G/3G/4G parameters, counters, KPIs and features.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to interface with customers and end-users (VIP / Business customers).Decision-making capabilities,Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good team player,Self-motivated
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Flexibility to travel abroad
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
