- Act as the main point of contact on behalf of Revenue Management for IT related encounters with Oman Air IT department and other Oman Air IT systems providers.- Perform continuous analysis, data analytics and give expert data analysis solutions, supporting the decision making processes in Revenue Management.- Create a revenue management analytics platform in business intelligence systems and enhance revenue management reports and tools to support decision making.- Train revenue management team in effectively using business intelligence reports and tools.- In coordination with the revenue management team, lead a continuous Process Re engineering, evaluating the procedures in place, redefining processes and implementing new processes- Setting up and maintaining communication links with Sales and other relevant departments to ensure coordination and flow of feedback on market conditions and dynamic in relation to systems impact.- Keep abreast of the new evolution in IT solutions concerning RM systems. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor degree in a related discipline preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistical or IT related studies with 06 years of relevant work experience preferably in revenue management of an organisation of repute. Airline experience will be advantage.- OR Two years college Diploma in the related discipline with 08 years of relevant experience.- OR Specialized certificate / license in the related field with Secondary school and having 12 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions.
