A leading client within the Wastewater treatment is looking for a Senior Lab Supervisor to join them in Oman to support a 3 year O&M contract.We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician who is familiar with biological treatment.Job:Analyzing samples of streams, raw and treated wastewater, sludge, and other byproducts of wastewater treatment process to determine efficiency of plant processes and to ensure that plant effluent meets water pollution control requirements, using standard laboratory equipment as defined & required by the plantConducting daily and periodic laboratory analyses (regulatory and contractual) related to the plant performance and operation characterization in compliance with Quality Assurance and Control procedures and in conformity with standards and methods in forceEnsuring that the required analysis for process performance monitoring and the ones required by administrative authorities are performed wellFollow-up procurement of lab equipment, glassware, reagents and other consumablesProfileSenior Laboratory Supervisor / Technician with relevant experience in Waste-Water Treatment activity. 10 years as laboratory leader position.Fluent in EnglishAcademic background in Chemistry, EnvironmentThe client in question will provide accommodation, travel, flights and competitive market rate salary.Please get in touch should this be of interestSthree UAE is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
