Purpose of the JobProviding Integrated Planning Services for the Contracts handled by PDC teamsCoordinating with planners (Project Delivery, Asset Engineering & Asset Operations) and Contractors planners.Ensuring all required Planning Deliverables received from contractors and input to management reports completed in time.Review & Ensure that all Long Term Service Contractors have sufficient resources to meet the project requirements.Dimensions/Critical Interfacesi.Expenditure Annualy : > USD 500 mlnii.Marketing budget: : NILiii.Non-financial figures (number of customers, products, etc.) : > 25 contractors, 200 300 projectsKey Interfaces:i.Internal: Project Planners, Project Engineers, C&P team, PDC management, Construction Site Representatives, Functionsii.External: Contractors Key and Core PersonnelPrincipal Accountabilities1.Assist Head of Contract Services Team Leader in Planning, directing,supervising and controlling the execution of technical and fiscal functions of the contracts2.Monitoring of intergated plans by working closely with contactors planners3.Interaction with contractors on aspects of resources allocations, HSE measures, monitoring of critical milestones.4. Prepare and maintain Risk register for all contracts and conduct Risk Analysis review and draw mitigation plan.5.Ensure all planning Deliverables are received from the contractors per the contract requirements.6.Coordinate with planning teams in PD & Assets for any collection of input for management reporting.7.Attend the meetings between Company & Contract planners, when any planning activities need contract teams interactions.8.Attend required meetings & support Operations team involeved for planning the shutdown activities with required resouces.9.Contractors workload Forcasting & Analysis based on Program Builds.10.Improvement in planning processes by Contractors planning scope11.Develop effective project control team to track and monitor progress as well as buget expenditure performance for new long term Service Contract.12.Contract management support for governance.13.Coordination and Computation of contractors annual performance Bonus and Penalties.14.Developing and monitoring the contract KPIs and Contract Assurance Plan15.Review and monitor Post-Award Contract Managenet Plan16.Schedule Control Assurance joint reviews for contractor deliverables17.Facilitate Do-Ability Workshops for ongoing Contracts18.To collect monthly and weekly HSE datafrom all the contractors and compile the data for weekly and monthly report19.Develop and track contract related business plan i.e. Audit, GMB meeting etc20.Followup with Company and HSE team to closeout any Incident actions on the Contracts21.Coordinate verification of the HSE performance of the Contractors as per KPIs22.Assist the HSE team to update annual monitoring plan for CH tasks23.Lead, Monitor and provide administration support for :i.Contract optimization reviewii.Continuous improvements initiatives/Lean Initiativesiii.Governance Board Meeting Planningiv.Quarterly Contracts Expenditures and Expenditure Variancesv.Quarterly Contract ICV statistics vs. Contractual ICV KPIs and Plansvi.Contracts workshops e.g. Risk Workshop, Strategy Workshops, etcvii.CMP quarterly Updatesviii. Quarterly CMT updates to TDG24.Challenges1.Liaise with different functions to ensure job orders are executed in accordance with the Contract and Company Standards / requirements.2.Ensure the correctness/consistency of the data gathered for KPIs from the Contractor.3.Maintain an up-to-date status report on the Contract in terms of Schedule performance, Schedule progress and latest forecasts.4.Ability to deal with competing demands of multiple customers.5.Ensure that the contractually required Planning deliverables are timely submitted by the Contractors for effective monitoring.6.Ensure that the contractors are having optimised number of qualified and experienced Planners at coastal & site for timely release of quality planning deliverables.7.Periodically check and confirm on Omanisation of Planning Engineers at Contractors end. REQUIREMENTS: Experience/Qualifications Needed1.B.Sc. in any Engineering Discipline.2.Minimum 15 years experience in Planning & Scheduling in Oil & Gas projects and Contracts Management Planning3.Thorough knowledge of Planning software Eg.
