Report writing.Control access to the respective areas and ensure that only staff and other authorized persons and vehicles are permitted access to same.Monitor the issue of keys to authorized persons by maintaining proper records.Random check of records of all persons who enter the premises after office hours and on company holidays.Check and supervise the cleaning staff and also ensure that the cleaning is done in the presence of the Security staff, if done after office hours and on company holidays.Ensure Guards patrol the premises after office hours and on company holidays to ensure that no unauthorized persons are within the company premises.Daily visit & check all crew accommodation, mock-up, training building and other location such as guards at catering and cargo.Answer phone calls & respond 24-7 to any emergency at guards points, catering, cargo, crew accommodations, mock-up and training building.Check records are maintained correctly at the Security guard points as directed by the Security Officer.Observe spot checks on the Guards to ensure they conduct checks on persons leaving the premises in order to prevent the unauthorized removal of company property when called upon to do so during and after working hours.Supervise guards to ensure that they enforce the Companys Security Policy at its facilities.Attend to any other duties as directed by the senior staff of the dept. REQUIREMENTS: Fresh Two year college Diploma holder in a related disciplineOR Secondary School certificate with 06 years of relevant work experience preferably in security function is desirable and will be advantage.Service in the Armed Forces or the Police would be an added qualification.
