Works as part of an architectural design team. REQUIREMENTS: Qualities and Skills RequiredAbility to fulfill all the above dutiesDeveloped architectural design skills and knowledge of the design process and interfaces between design disciplinesExtensive project experienceDeveloped management skillsDeveloped communication skillsFlexibility of attitude towards company goalsCordial relationships with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of Atkins commercial management of projectsKnowledge of scope definition and scope interfaceDeveloped presentation skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, word processing and presentation programsDetailed knowledge of Atkins standards, policies, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to othersFull knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements, knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirementsDeveloped knowledge of Fire & Life Safety RulesDeveloped knowledge of Sustainable Design RulesAbility and will to mentor and provide assistance to junior staff members and spread knowledge across the wider architectural communityAbility and will to update knowledgeExcellent command of English (written and spoken).
