Key tasks and responsibilities:* Managing Reliability Condition Monitoring (RCM) Consultancy Services independently involving Vibration Measurement & Analysis (VMA), Precision Shaft Alignment (PSA), Insitu dynamic balancing (IDB) etc.* Facilitating & conducting RCM trainings with ISO18436 Certification* Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of machinery problems for Oil & Gas, Power, Metal and other industries in Oman & Middle East* Managing RCM Service Contractsof major end users* Perform application Engineering and conducting product demos of Offline and online Condition Monitoring solutions* Presenting and concept selling of state-of-the-art solutions in Reliability, Condition Monitoring & Asset Integrity to end users, OEMs, EPCs, Consultants in Oman & Middle East2. Minimum requirements.* Must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering* Must have work experience at least 5 years in a reputed organization in a similar role* At least Vibration Analyst Cat II certification from Mobius Institute?, Vibration Institute or BINDT * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills* Willingness to travel to customer sites at short notice (>= 50% of total working hours)* Very good proficiency in MS Office3.
