Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Senior Accountant to play the following roles...???????

Receive, process, and execute requests to ensure they are properly handled in a timely manner and in accordance to set business requirements
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Provide technical support and advice on management
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor of English commerce or accounting
Should have or studying IFRS, CMA or CPA
Retail experience is preferred
Excellent top notch Accounting and analysis skills
Experience with creating financial statements , general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
