Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Being a member of the executive management team, you will be responsible to formulate the sales strategy.
  • Planning and implementing sales initiatives to support corporate strategy.
  • Designing Sales plans and provide input to corporate goals that support Datamount overall sales strategy.
  • Develop, monitor, and report the Sales unit KPI?s including the individual KPI?s.
  • Generating and qualifying new leads and using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
  • Support corporate business objectives by ensuring adherence to operating budget for Sales units.
  • Collaborate with other units withing the company (finance and technical Units) to identify corporate projects,budget, etc,that meet future business needs.
  • Creating accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics
  • Review monthly, weekly, and annual reports of the budget components and revenues to ensure adherence to the operating budget, revenue forecasts and request for adjustment when its needed with justifications for the Sales and marketing activities.
  • Formulate strategies that result in positive financial impact for the organization and mitigates financial and operational risks.
  • Prepare and submit the achievement of sales targets monthly basis and approve sales incentives.
  • Provide the sales team members with sales set skills according to skill pool management program and initiate advanced training in sales skills to new account managers.
  • Prepare a set of clints funnel and prospective clints funnel and build a solid relationship with existing and new customers to ensure productive and consistent sales growth.
  • Ensure the marketing team are continuously developing sales promotions categories and collaborated with sales team.
  • Provide support to close deals and ensure service is delivered on time.
  • Ensure resolving all escalated issues with key clients and provide monthly reports during executive management team meetings.
  • lead the negotiation and discussions of the final terms of contracts with customers
  • Close review of sales contracts to ascertain whether the services are feasible and can be implemented as per the time planned and ensuring availability of resources and technology requirements after collaborating with other company divisions (Finance, technical).
  • Develop the business relations across all sectors like Government Ministries and authorities, Semi government units, corporates include SMEs.
