Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:.Facilitating the discussion /review with board members.Documenting the Root Cause Analysiss & Failure also Maintenance, Operations, Technical support/ Application Engineering.Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention..Collecting and store information (MaPS, FRACAS), evidence and documentation relevant to any investigation in organized fashion. To be available upon request and to be transferred to other responsible party if other department takes over the root cause investigation.Driving regular Fleet Upgrade and implementation meetings..Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion. Ensure fleet upgrades.Supporting local Operations & Application Engineering with Reliability Risk versus product configuration and selection and also provide Technical Disposition based on risk assessment.Providing local reliability and performance reports based on globally standardized metrics .Conduct daily meetings with AMO to drive condition based maintenance and Performance Risk Assessment.Preparing DBR reports in cooperation with AMO, Application Engineering and Operations.Complete other tasks and projects as assignedFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college..Have minimum 3+ years of experience..Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
