Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyse demands and translates business requirements into implementable solution and technical specifications. Manage and influence the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices? Develop high-level solution design by decomposing the requirements into the Solution components, components actions, external and internal interfaces etc.? Act as key bridge between customers, delivery team and support. Own overall delivery and drive & mentor delivery team technically to ensure deliverables meet business requirements (Scope, Time, and Quality)? Participate and provide transparency in planning, implementation, status, risks, etc.? Provide deep functional and technical expertise, share best practices, prepare implementation plans? Ensures technical integrity, consistency, and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle? Solves highly complex technical problems and develops innovative solutions with impact on the business? Anticipates internal and external business challenges based on working experience and drives independently improvements that create competitive advantage? Manage internal and external (IT & Business) stakeholders? Align technical/solution architecture with overall Enterprise architecture? Update yourself with latest technologies which are used and apply new ones wherever applicableYour Skills And ExperienceWe are looking for a strong technocrat, a Senior Python/Odoo Software Architect. In this job, you will??

• Be responsible for developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Odoo ERP business applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enrichment of those solutions to support business processes and functions.
• Be required to apply your depth of Odoo Framework, programming knowledge, and expertise to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle,
• Propose the best technical solution by understanding business requirements from a techno functional aspect, and partner continuously with RDP stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals.
• Build the libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications.
• Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems.

You have:

• Either a bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or other related streams with equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience as Python based developer including 3+ years as senior developer using Odoo platform with strong knowledge of Odoo framework and Hands-on experience in Postgres database, SQL queries, XML/HTML/CSS/JavaScript based UI frameworks
• Willingness to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high market pressure. Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex systems, excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, Detailed-oriented with respect to documentation and communication, able to express complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to business partners, Hands-on experience with security standards, Object-oriented programming concepts, object modeling with relational databases

It would be nice if you also had:

• DevSecOps experience preferably using Kubernetes cluster
• Knowledge of Project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile)
• Experience on JIRA, Knows agile development.
• Good collaboration, communication and team skills
