  • Develop service teams relating to competence and service excellence (domain, product, technology, process, tool, attitude).
  • Develop Delivery function in cooperation with other managers.
  • Provide direct leadership to Delivery teams and act as an escalation point for implementations performed by the team.
  • Support in review and assessment of existing process and practices.
  • Technical leadership to the team
  • Continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency through automation
  • Support initiatives in standardization across projects and automation
  • Reviews with each team member on their performance, Regular Mentoring & Coaching Team members, follow-up on competence development.
  • Resource Planning and updating the Supply together with other managers.
  • Participation in recruitment and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintains appropriate communications with all levels of the organization
Your skills and experience You have:
  • Experience with Digital Operations (Orchestration & Fulfilment, Assurance & Optimization) domain and products
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with people at all levels
  • Minimum 9Years of Relevant Work Experience, with experience in areas of responsibility
  • Willingness and capability to learn new skills independently and share it with others.
  • Good knowledge of
    • Container Services & Public Cloud: Kubernetes, Open Shift, Docker Enterprise. Hands on with one of the falvours of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS,GKE , Tanzu, OKE, Openshit)
    • DevOps and CI/CD
    • Agile delivery practices
  • Flexible, well organized, and self-driven specialist who can communicate effectively in a distributed multinational team
  • Very Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Added advantages for candidate with the following:
    • Hands-on experience in DO products and solutions in complex multivendor environment.
    • Expertise on cloud native applications development, DevOps and building e2e solution automation
