Qualifications: Relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in water and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and quantity take-offs.Familiarity with project management and estimation software.Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders.GCC experience (preferred but not mandatory).
