Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures and quality management systemsConduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirementsCoordinate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsReview and approve quality documentation, including inspection/test plans, reports, and proceduresLead quality training and awareness programs for project staffLiaise with clients, inspectors, and regulatory authorities regarding quality mattersMonitor subcontractor QA performance and conduct supplier evaluationsQualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Production Engineering10–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas/Offshore/Refinery EPC projectsProven experience working at module fabrication yards on projects for Aramco, ADNOC, Qatar Energy, or Qatar GasStrong knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures (API, ISO, etc.)Excellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to lead audits and manage multiple stakeholders
